Fraud detection software can be a pain in the you-know-what for customers. We get that. But that's a critical aspect of our security foundation to ensure that you - our users - have a safe experience, and to protects us as well. So we leverage that software from our payment partners. (BTW - We do not store any of your credit card details. )

Here's why that matters...

When you complete a session in Boost for Daz and the payment is unable to complete due to lack of funds or a invalid card on file, then we are notified and we immediately put that account on 'temporary suspension' until that payment is completed.

Once notified, we'll retry the payment after a few hours, but if its stills fails or is rejected, then we typically contact the you (the user) and let you know.

However, until the pending payment is resolved you will be unable to use your Boost for Daz account.

So what options do you have? Two.

The first is to add more funds to the card. The second is to update the payment option to your Boost for Daz account profile.

Well, the first one is essentially adding funds to the card on file. You might do this through your bank or payment provider.

To replace your credit card on file, go to the Boost for Daz icon on the top right of your dashboard (you get to your Dashboard after signing in).

And select User Settings. Select 'Change Billing Data' .
